This is a photo manip that I did for my photo class. This was my final project dealing with myths and I chose Greek Mythology.
As the myth goes, Promethius (a titan) stole fire from the gods to give it to humankind and for punishment they chained him to a cliff for all of eternity. Since he was immortal, after this eagle would continue to eat-away at him, at the end of the day he would be renewed. Yeah, i know that is pretty gross....but that is mythology, lol!
It includes both digital capture (Sunset) an scan-o-gram elements (Ink print, cliff, & bird). It was done on Photoshop and I painted in all the color on promethius.
